Antique Post Toasties Stringholder Tin Sign Only

Hi! Up for sale is this antique metal “Bully For Breakfast…New Post Toasties” cereal general store string holder sign. It has patent dates of Feb. 22, 1916 and June 20, 1916. The sign is tin and the piece of bracket on the back is steel. There is another bracket that would hold a cone of string, but unfortunately, it’s missing and Lord only knows where it is…Colors on this piece are yellow, blue, and orange and it depicts a rising sun with rays radiating out. It’s been used and as such, is in “as is, as found, as photographed”, what you see is what you get condition. It’s 106 years old, so we can all hope to look so good at that age 😉 There is ample rust, warps, there are bends/dents, paint loss and fade, just normal wear and tear from use. The sign measures 11 1/2” in diameter. This piece would be a phenomenal addition to someone’s kitchen or general store decor and I hope someone will love it ❤️
